Our Support Worker Basics Microcredential is designed for anyone just starting out in a new role as a support worker, or for anyone looking to refresh their skills and knowledge. The microcredential includes three digital credentials and can be completed in approximately 3.5 hours. Upon completion, you will be awarded digital credentials to add to your professional profile.

Complete a short assessment in each module to receive your digital credential.
There are no entry requirements for this microcredential. To complete the course, you will need basic digital literacy skills and access to a laptop, desktop computer or full-size tablet that is connected to the internet.
