Delivered by industry experts, this course delivers training and practice in food preparation, customer service, room cleaning and ‘turn down’ services, processing financial transactions (electronic & cash), and workplace hygiene & cleanliness.
This course includes non-accredited content with the addition of the following nationally accredited unit(s):
- SITXFSA001 Use hygienic practices for food safety
- SITXFIN001 Process financial transactions
- SITHACS002 Provide housekeeping services to guests

Prevent contamination of food that might cause foodborne illnesses – you will be making your own lunch on this day! |

Gain knowledge to extract and serve espresso coffee and beverages using commercial espresso machines and grinders – lots of coffee and more. |

Process cash and other payments for products and services. Modern computerised EFT training. |

Participants will learn how to provide room service, customer service and turn down services to meet industry standards. |

Upon successful completion, you will earn a recognised Training U For Work microcredential which is a great addition to your resume and can be verified by an employer anywhere, any time!
Upon successful completion, a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment will be issued for the following units of competency:
- SITXFSA001 Use hygienic practices for food safety
- SITXFIN001 Process financial transactions
- SITHACS002 Provide housekeeping services to guests
