Construction Induction Training covers the WHS knowledge you need to commence work in the construction industry including your White Card.
It will help you comply with the industry’s legislative requirements and work safely.
Construction Induction Training includes the following nationally accredited unit(s):
- CPCWHS1001 – Prepare to work safely in the construction industry
On successful completion, learners will receive a Statement of Attainment for all accredited units.

- Current Photo ID (eg: Drivers license, Keypass ID card, Passport)
During your study, you will need to meet specific requirements that are necessary for you to complete your course work and be successful:
- Students will need to demonstrate that they have the appropriate language, literacy and numeracy (LLN) skills
What will you learn?
You will gain an understanding of how WHS affects you personally, the fundamentals of risk management, and build your knowledge to help prevent injury and endangerment on a construction site.
You will be assessed during the course and will need to demonstrate the knowledge and skills to gain competency.
