Team members from across genU Training recently came together to enjoy a series of professional development workshops.

Hosted by Karen Dymke, a lecturer, facilitator and coach, genU Training staff members jumped at the opportunity to learn from an industry-leading expert.

The workshops covered topics such as structuring sessions, providing effective feedback, boosting motivation, engaging learners and reflecting on sessions.

After three dynamic days of training, staff came away with new insights and strategies that they can put into practice within the classrooms of genU Training.
