genU Training has achieved top results in the latest Vocational Education and Training (VET) Student Outcomes Report*. The report surveyed recent graduates and measured their employment outcomes and satisfaction levels with training.

Results showed:
92 per cent of genU Training graduates were employed or in further study after training. (National VET provider average 86 percent).
91.4 per cent of graduates would recommend genU Training as a provider to others (National VET provider average – 86 per cent).

“Ultimately, our goal is to improve the employment outcomes of our learners so we’re delighted to see our results exceed the national average,” Lisa Abbott, General Manager of Education and Training said.

“It’s also pleasing to see high satisfaction and promoter levels from our graduates. These outstanding results are a reflection of our trainers delivering high-quality training that is being recognised and trusted by employers across Australia.”

Co-designed with industry and led by experts, genU Training courses lead to employment across a range of industries including Aged Care, Disability, Mental Health and Community Services.

Currently any Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident or New Zealand citizen living in Victoria can enrol in free, government-subsidised training regardless of their prior skills and qualifications.

Commercial training
Businesses and organisations can access tailored commercial training including micro-credentials and face-to-face workshops on mental health, disability and inclusion.

*The VET student outcomes 2022 report was published by NCVER, the national professional body responsible for collecting, managing, analysing and communicating research and statistics on the Australian VET sector. The report provides a summary of the outcomes and satisfaction of students who completed nationally recognised vocational education and training during 2021. Data was collected in mid-2022 and results released in February 2023.
