This suite of courses is designed to develop your skills and knowledge in:
- First Aid/CPR – respond to a range of situations including life support and management of a casualty until the arrival of medical or other assistance to meet the requirements for a workplace or personal development.
- Mental Health First Aid – provide initial support to individuals who are developing a mental illness or experiencing a mental health crisis. You will learn about the signs and symptoms of common and disabling mental health problems, how to provide initial help, where and how to get professional help.
