Warehousing & Pick Packing Ready includes non-accredited content with the addition of the following nationally accredited unit(s):
- TLIA0019 – Despatch Stock
- BSBWHS211 – Contribute to the health and safety of self and others
- TLIA0022 – Pick and process orders
On successful completion, learners will receive a Statement of Attainment for all accredited units.

During your study, you will need to meet specific requirements that are necessary for you to complete your course work and be successful:
- Students will need to demonstrate that they have the appropriate language, literacy and numeracy (LLN) skills.
What will you learn?
- RF scanning, voice picking & other forms of warehouse management systems (WMS).
- How to use scanning apps to look up stock details and pick orders, including hands-on experience with the globally-used ‘InFlow’ system.
- Common health and safety hazards and safeguards, including manual handling, chemical safety and working around mobile plants.
- Communication and behaviour that are valued in warehousing and logistics.
- Maintaining accurate records of dispatched stock, including invoices, packing slips, and shipping documentation.
- Techniques for properly packaging items to prevent damage during transit and selecting appropriate shipping methods based on factors like size, weight and destination.
Course inclusions
