Develop skills and knowledge to understand best practices in personal hygiene for preventing food contamination and food-borne illnesses. This course is applicable to all organisations with permanent or temporary kitchen premises and/or smaller food preparation areas.
This course is a requirement for food handlers who directly handle food or food contact surfaces such as cutlery, plates and bowls during the course of their daily work activities.
This is for you: cooks, chefs, caterers, kitchen stewards, kitchen hands, bar, and food and beverage attendants, and sometimes room attendants and front office staff.
