At genU Training we have developed an accredited 2 day online Contact Centre and Call Centre Experience to prepare you for gaining employment in the rapidly growing Contact Centre and Call Centre industry.
Working in a contact centre requires excellent customer service, problem solving and negotiation skills. You will be provided with the necessary training to develop and enhance your skills and attributes for this thriving industry.

10:30am – 12:00pm Webinar with ‘live’ trainer
12:00pm – 12:30pm Break
12:30pm – 2:00pm Login to LMS to complete online activities and view demonstrations
2:00pm – 2:45pm Login to the webinar to answer multiple choice questions with trainer ‘live’
Final Assessment – 45 minute phone call (your trainer will provide you with a time)
