Our Diversity & Inclusion Microcredential is a suite of six digital credentials developed to raise awareness and understanding of the diverse nature of our workplaces. This microcredential will help leaders, managers and employees develop an awareness of those around them beyond their own perspective, improving cohesion and performance in the workplace. Each credential takes between 30 and 60 minutes to complete. Upon completion, you will be awarded a digital credential to add to your professional profile.






Six modules are included in this microcredential:

  • Increasing Disability Confidence – Develop your understanding of disability.
  • Overcoming Unconscious Bias – Dive into what unconscious bias means and how it impacts our communities, workplaces, friends and family.
  • Connecting with First Nations People – Build your confidence to work respectfully and effectively with Indigenous Australians.
  • Supporting Inclusion of LGBTQIA+ Communities – Deepen your understanding of the LGBTQIA+ community.
  • Understanding Mental Illness – Deepen your understanding of mental health and illness.
  • Increasing Cultural Capability – Build cultural capability by increasing your understanding of cultural diversity.

Complete a short assessment to receive your digital credential for each module.

There are no entry requirements for this microcredential.

To complete the course, you will need basic digital literacy skills and access to a laptop, desktop computer or full-size tablet that is connected to the internet.
