Participants will build practical skills and confidence through role plays of real-life scenarios provided by the host organization, to ensure staff gain the desired learning outcomes.
Conflict Management and Personal Safety Training is designed to equip individuals with the skills and knowledge to manage conflict including de-escalation techniques and personal safety practices contextualised for employment services providers.
