The Bounce Program helps job seekers to develop practical and powerful work-readiness skills, so they feel confident and motivated to find a job they will love.  

The training provides job seekers deep awareness of their values and beliefs and clarity around their employment preferences. It helps them identify their strengths, create a plan to achieve their goals, and develops their skills to effectively communicate and build relationships.  

Upon completion, clients are better equipped to find and stay employed in work that contributes positively to their wellbeing. 

The Bounce Program is designed to get even the most disengaged clients excited about their future. 



Bounce will help your clients:

Upon enrolling into the Bounce into genU Training program, clients will be asked to choose one of the four streams of accredited industry skills shortage courses listed below. Clients will receive a digital badge upon completion.  


Course Options:

This course covers picking and packing, RF Scanning and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), common Health & Safety hazards and safeguards, experience using scanning apps, and interview preparation. 

  • 2 consecutive days (10:30am – 3:30pm AEST/AEDT)

Upon successful completion, a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment will be issued for the following unit of competency: 

  • BSBWHS211 – Contribute to the health and safety of self and others 

This course teaches excellent customer service, problem-solving and negotiation skills and covers the necessary training to develop and enhance learners to thrive in this industry.  

  • 2 consecutive days (10am – 4pm AEST/AEDT) 

Upon successful completion, a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment will be issued for the following unit of competency: 

  • BSBOPS203 – Deliver a service to customers 

This course teaches personal hygiene and cleaning practices to prevent contamination of food, develop the skills to identify and control food hazards, understand relevant food safety laws, standards and codes and develop skills using hands-on food preparation techniques. 

  • 2 consecutive days (10:30am – 3:00pm AEST/AEDT) 

Upon successful completion, a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment will be issued for the following unit of competency: 

  • SITXFSA001 – Use hygienic practices for food safety 

This course will provide participants with the skills and knowledge to competently navigate their way through the modern cleaning, clinical cleaning, COVD-19, hygiene, and infection control environment. Participants will learn current health & safety hazards, safeguards, and the correct processes for eliminating risk. Combining an online module, video tutorials and zoom, Cleaning Industry Ready gives learners a step-up when applying for cleaning and related sector employment. 

  • 2 consecutive days (11:00am – 3:45pm AEST/AEDT) 

Upon successful completion, a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment will be issued for the following unit of competency: 

  • HLTHSS003 – Perform general cleaning tasks in a clinical setting 

Study mode & times  

The Bounce Program – A self-paced interactive eLearning module (online) comprising of learning and knowledge tasks, with virtual coaching sessions once per week.  

Bounce into genU Training Online Courses – All courses are studied is in real time online with instructor led sessions via video conferencing, supplemented with guided eLearning activities. 


Client commitment

The Bounce into genU Program is a four-week commitment, and two days allocated for the online training course, after completion of the online learning modules. Please ensure your client allows time to be available to complete.

Australian residents can access this course via our full fee for service rate.

There may also be other charges. A genU Training staff member will assist learners in determining course fees and a statement of fees detailing all course charges will be provided prior to enrolment.
